Obituary

Martin J. Kozak, beloved husband of the late Susan for 48 wonderful years; loving father of Bradley Kozak (Natalia Migal) and Scott (Tracy) Kozak; cherished grandfather of Makary, Lydia, Theo and Sasha; devoted son of the late Hilda Kozak Pearlman; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. Martin was a proud member of American Institute of Public Accountants and Am Yisrael Congregation. Synagogue service Monday 10 a.m. at Am Yisrael Congregation, 4 Happ Road, Northfield. Internment Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Am Yisrael Congregation.
